At Capsuleight we love our customers and want to look after and protect them however we can. We’ve reviewed the data we hold on our customers and how we store and use it and have put together the below information to help you understand what we are doing, why we are doing it and what you can do if you are unhappy with any of it.
Data for your purchases
As a customer of Capsuleight we need certain info about you to fulfil our promises to you:
- We need your name & address so the postie knows where to deliver your new clothes to
- We store details of what you have previously ordered to ensure our seamless returns process and to tailor our future offers to you
- We use your email address to provide updates on your deliveries and in-case of any problems with your orders.
- If you provide us with a phone number we only use this to contact you if there are problems with your order.
We use a 3rd party to process the financial part of your order. We do not hold (or even see) your payment details as these lovely guys do all that hard work for us. You can read more about their privacy policies and the data they hold about you here for Shopify payments and here for PayPal.
Our Mailing list
If you have joined our mailing list we use the email address you have provided to send you periodic updates on new products, special offers and other exciting Capsuleight news.
If you ever change your mind and decide to leave our mailing list just click the unsubscribe link on the bottom of any of our emails and we will not send you any further newsletters (we’ll still send emails relating to your orders)
If you ever want to know what data we have on file about you, you can contact us using the form below and we will reply to you within 72 hours. Likewise if you ever want us to delete any data then just let us know.
We promise that we will never sell or share your data with any other companies and that we will never use your data for any purposes except those outlined above.
