Refund Policy

If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please email Sales@capsuleight.com so we can get this sorted for you.


Too big? Wrong colour?  Doesn’t match those shoes? No problem!

You can return any item for a refund for any reason provided you follow a few simple rules:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn & unwashed
  • Items should have all tags attached and be in original packaging
  • Items must be free of stains or strong smells – please be careful with make-up and try not to expose clothes to cigarette smoke or pets until you are sure you want to keep them
  • All refunds must be accompanied by a completed return form – Without this we won’t know who to send your refund to! - This can be downloaded below. 
  • All items are returned at the customers expense

Remember

Returned items should include tags and any packaging and be in a sellable condition  - All goods will be inspected on return.  In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to refuse your refund
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend you obtain proof of postage
You'll receive an email to notify you as soon as we have received, checked and processed your refund.  We aim to process refunds with 5 working days, but it may take longer for the funds to reach your account. 
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy
